Track Your Order

When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. Click it for real-time updates from the carrier.

If you haven't received tracking within 48 hours of ordering, check your spam folder first. If it's still missing, email hello@forgeandcarry.com with your order number — we'll pull up tracking directly and resend.

Most US orders arrive in 4-7 business days. International orders take 8-14 business days. If tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, let us know — we'll either escalate with the carrier or ship a replacement at our cost.
